Childish Behavior Returns for Senior Managers

I have made an interesting observation over the years – the higher up you get in management, the more you return to “childish” and “petty” behaviors.  It’s probably because at senior manager level, nuances are a bigger deal.  Of course, ego, competition, and one-upmanship contributes to this a great deal too.
